You’re maybe at the gym right now while reading this if your current workout regime really sucks. Let me ask you that question again, do you even know what you want to achieve at the gym? Why are you currently going to the gym?
Most people will say now, get fit. OK so how are you going to know when you’ve got fit, what does that even mean, can you see now that you don’t have a clue what you want to achieve from the gym if that is your goal, its not specific and not really measurable unless your focusing on only one specific activity, same if your goal is weight loss, how much weight exactly do you want to lose? If you don’t know exactly what you want to achieve, how the hell are you going to achieve it. You can’t chase what you cant see its as simple as that.
So take the time now to sit down and decide exactly what you want to achieve at the gym and work out exactly how you are going to go about achieving it. I promise your next workout will be your best workout ever if you take the time to do this. I realise that most people wont bother and will continue to waste years at the gym achieving absolutely nothing, but if your ready for change then do it and thank me in a few months when you have completely changed your body and your life.
